Dr. Paster received her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology in 2012. She also holds degrees from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and Brown University.
Dr. Paster utilizes a practical, strengths-based, collaborative approach to help you identify goals, and works actively with you to achieve them. She has specialized training in treatment approaches for healing from trauma, and for coping with life transitions. She works closely with those struggling with anxiety and depression, as well as those experiencing difficulties with organization, motivation, attention, and focus. Her expertise in neuropsychological testing and assessment can helpful if assessments are utilized to clarify objectives and refine goals, or to provide additional clarity when developing effective paths to successful coping and healing. Dr. Paster practices in the Boston office.
