She strives to provide a holistic approach to your care, tailoring treatments to your learning style and personality. Dr. Pang draws from a variety of therapy approaches including insight-oriented, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused techniques, and also incorporates positive psychology and mindfulness into her work with you. She aims to empower those who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and interpersonal challenges to successfully learn, grow, and heal.

Dr. Pang offers standardized treatment approaches for insomnia, in a cognitive behavioral model, that are tailored to your particular needs and circumstances. CBTI, or cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia, employs a variety of time-limited, solution-focused cognitive approaches to resolve the precipitating and perpetuating factors involved in sleep disruptions. Dr. Pang will apply these approaches generally in a four to eight session intervention designed to address insomnia symptoms, improve sleep quality and satisfaction, and to reduce the likelihood of insomnia relapse.
