Dr. Pang offers standardized treatment approaches for insomnia, in a cognitive behavioral model, that are tailored to your particular needs and circumstances. CBTI, or cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia, employs a variety of time-limited, solution-focused cognitive approaches to resolve the precipitating and perpetuating factors involved in sleep disruptions. Dr. Pang will apply these approaches generally in a four to eight session intervention designed to address insomnia symptoms, improve sleep quality and satisfaction, and to reduce the likelihood of insomnia relapse.
